“The creator of Grand Designs and Property Ladder is now developing a new prime time (6x1hr) property series for Channel 4.
We are looking for beautiful homes that are starting to fall apart. We hope to highlight the many problems that people face when their properties have been damaged by leaks, major cracks, dry rot, and subsidence. As Japanese knotweed is such a huge problem and can destroy buildings at such pace, we would really like to feature this problem as well.
Our team of experts will use the latest technology and hi-tech gadgets to investigate people’s houses, examining the main structure to uncover the problems and looking ways they can be solved.
We are hoping to find properties old and new with extreme problems and great stories to tell. During the programme there'll be loads of tips and advice to help others avoid similar situations. We'll also follow the process of how the buildings can be restored back into desirable homes.”
If you think that your house would make an interesting study for this series, Please contact Louise Penez

On February 11th 2009 Wreford Ltd were delighted to receive recognition of the excellent workmanship and finish for a recently completed large, Georgian manor garden, designed by Christine Whatley. The APL Judges praised the use of stylish and quality materials and were impressed in particular with the outdoor seating area, which was transformed by night by a well designed lighting scheme.
Amy Laurence, the Project Manager of this landscape commented "As the first APL awards we have entered for, we were encouraged to receive a Commendation for the results of all the Landscaping Team hard work and efforts in creating a beautiful and successful garden."
